JIM's Western Gallery just open
On March 26 2006 we openend JIM's Western Gallery. A gallery specialized in art and home styling in a western style. Not just an ordinary store, but a gallery just as unique as the products you can find there. See under PRODUCTS for some examples of what you can find in our gallery. These are just examples, for our products will change often. As a matter of fact, art is unique, and the moment we sell an artwork, we will search for another unique and exclusive piece to replace what we had

Art
Many of our artwork comes from the USA. Sometimes it concerns antique pieces, or authentique pieces made long time ago by native people. But we also sell work of contemporary artists. We plan exhibition of national and international artists in the nearby future. Right now we have two very special paintings (Horese spirit I and Horse spirit II) from a Dutch artist and some works of well known western artist from the USA.
What applies to all of our art work: art and expressions of art can vary prominent, but the main theme ”country en Western" and “Native culture” is unmistakable recognizable in all we offer.
& home styling
Besides art, we offer ware to create a country-lifestyle in your own home. We offer furniture, lamps, cushions, throws, cowhides, cow horns etc. The articles can be antique and authentique, but we also sell American style articles from, fot istance, the well-known trademark Settler.
If we go on a purchase expedition and find special products, like a colourful Mexican dinner set or placemats with Native scenes, we just bring it along. So you’ll never know what we have in stock or you may at least expect some nice surprises

The emphasis lies on art and home styling, but there is more….. Jewellery and ornaments that reflect the culture of the Indians, design pouches (bags) exclusive designed for JIM and (art)books in which the theme’s of JIM’s Western Gallery will be reflected. And if you’re looking for a special article… just tell us and we will be looking for you.
What makes JIM so special?
Of course all the special pieces we sell; different from the articles you’ll see most of the time at markets and shops. Mainly for that reason, JIM is definitely different from other shops or galleries; JIM has unique ware, you’ll find never in another place and never again.
Besides our ware, the owners are special. You’ll recognize their love for a western/country-lifestyle in everything. They have a special story by every article they sell. Just ask about the ‘very special things’; some are not on sale but worth an extra look. Like the real size leather horse behind the fence in the gallery. They love to search for all these special articles that will make a ‘western-hart’, or the hart of a art-lover of country-lover, beat faster.
And… as we say in Holland: “the threshold is low”; the gallery is very accessible. We go along with the 'real western tradition' and welcome you with a haerty: Howdy folks! Grab some coffee and make yourself at home! And it won’t take long before you’ll feel 'at home' with a cup of steaming coffee at the fireplace or in the ‘bar’.
Where can you find us?
The gallery is located in Germany, just (about 800 meter or 9 yards) across the border to the Netherlands. The town is called Nordhorn and is just on the other side of Denekamp (Overijssel / East part of the Netherlands). Under CONTACT you’ll find the address.
We do (although not perfect) speak Dutch, German and English.
When are we open?
The moment we’re open, you’ll see a western style storefront. When we’re closed, you’ll see just a garage-door, the storefront is hidden. For he time being, we’re only open at saturdays, from 10 till 5 (except at holidays) and by appointment. If you like to make sure we’re home, just give us a call or email us before you come.
